Designates Court Security Officer Supervisor, Court Security Officers I and II positions in the Court of Common Pleas as exempt from the State Merit System and places them under Judicial Branch Personnel Rules.

Designates Chiefs of Court Security positions in the Justice of the Peace Court system as exempt from the State Merit System and places them under Judicial Branch Personnel Rules.

Allows any incumbent occupying these positions at the time of enactment to elect whether to be governed by Judicial Branch Personnel Rules or continue under the Merit System of Personnel Administration.

Aligns court security and uniformed services supervisor positions with similar positions in the Superior Court by bringing them under judicial branch personnel governance.
