Corrects and revises the Uniform Commercial Driver License Act to align with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration standards for commercial driver licenses (CDLs) and commercial learner permits (CLPs).

Clarifies that CLP holders may apply for passenger, school bus, or tank endorsements while holding a CLP, with restrictions on carrying passengers/students and operating only empty tank vehicles.

Establishes that Section 12 of the prior legislation (amending 21 Del.C. §2626 regarding medical examinations by FMCSA-certified medical examiners) became effective April 17, 2014.

Makes technical corrections throughout the CDL/CLP statutes including clarifying language for non-domiciled CDL/CLP issuance, application requirements for prior licensing history, and disqualification procedures.

Requires Division of Motor Vehicles to update records and notify other states within 10 days of suspending, revoking, or canceling commercial driver licenses or commercial learner permits.
