Eliminates exemptions for fund raising activities and functions sponsored by volunteer fire companies, auxiliary fire companies, volunteer ambulance companies, and volunteer rescue companies from Delaware's Clean Indoor Air Act smoking restrictions.

Eliminates exemptions for fund raising activities and functions sponsored by fraternal benefit societies as defined by Title 18, Section 6201 from the Clean Indoor Air Act smoking restrictions.

Maintains existing exemptions for private homes, residences, automobiles used for child care or day care, private social functions, limousines under private hire, and up to 25% of hotel or motel rooms.
