Amend §6-316(e) to allow documentary evidence transmitted from another state or Delaware's support enforcement agency to a tribunal by telephone, telecopier, or other non-original means without exclusion based on transmission method.

Amend §6-602(a) to permit registration of support or income-withholding orders from other states by sending records either physically or electronically to Family Court.

Reduce documentation requirements for registering out-of-state orders from two copies (including one certified copy) to a single certified copy of the order and any modifications.

Maintain existing requirements for transmittal letter, arrearage statement, obligor information (name, address, social security number, employer details), and obligee contact information when registering orders.
