Amends Delaware Code § 1156A(e) to add a definition of "newly hired employee" for state new hire reporting requirements.

Defines a newly hired employee as an employee who has not previously been employed by the employer, or was previously employed but separated for at least 60 consecutive days.

Conforms Delaware law to recent amendments to the federal Social Security Act regarding state directories of new hires.

Applies to employers as defined under Internal Revenue Code § 3401(d), including labor organizations and hiring halls.
