Amend §316 to allow property owners and tenants to display the United States flag on a pole attached to the exterior of the building or on a flagpole within the property boundaries, with flagpoles not exceeding 25 feet in height and conforming to setback requirements.

Permit flagpoles installed by owners prior to termination of community developer control to remain after such termination without removal requirement.

Amend §2242 to authorize condominium unit owners to display the U.S. flag measuring up to 3 feet by 5 feet on a pole located within the property's boundaries or attached to the unit's exterior wall, consistent with §316 standards.

Amend §81-320(c) to allow common interest community associations to permit installation of flagpoles not exceeding 25 feet in height within property boundaries for displaying the U.S. flag up to 3 feet by 5 feet, while maintaining conformance with federal law and §316 requirements.
