Creates a special license plate for retired professional firefighters in Delaware with the designation "retired PF" numbered consecutively starting with 1.

Applicants must present official documentation proving retirement from professional firefighting with a minimum of 20 years of service in one or more professional fire departments.

Applies only to private passenger vehicles, trucks with three-quarter ton or less manufacturer's rated capacity, or vans with three-quarter ton or less manufacturer's rated capacity.

Original application subject to $10 administrative fee deposited into a special fund for promoting the plate sale and administering the program, with no additional annual registration fees required beyond the standard fee.

Only one special plate may be issued per applicant; the Department must request return of the plate within 90 days after the plate holder's death.
