Amends Delaware Code Title 7, Section 704(g) to allow handgun use for deer hunting on farms permitted by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) through its deer depredation programs.

Permits hunters to use handguns in place of shotguns during shotgun deer season on DNREC-permitted farms designated to reduce agricultural crop damage.

Handguns are limited to revolvers and single-shot pistols with barrel lengths of 5.75 to 12.5 inches chambered in .357 magnum, .41 caliber, .41 magnum, .44 caliber, .44 magnum, .45 caliber, .454 caliber, .480 caliber, or .50 caliber.

Requires handguns to be carried openly in a sling or holster (not concealed) and permits use of open sights, metallic, optical, or telescopic sights.

Establishes a separate 7-day handgun hunting season beginning the first Saturday in January through the second Saturday in January, in addition to the standard shotgun season option.
