Establishes the Family Caregiving Task Force to study and make recommendations on support for family caregivers assisting aging adults and people with disabilities.

Task force composed of 16 members including representatives from Department of Health & Social Services (co-chair), AARP (co-chair), legislature, disability councils, aging network organizations, healthcare associations, and 6 public members appointed by the Governor.

Co-chairs responsible for coordinating appointments, scheduling meetings, supervising preparation of notices and minutes, directing study of policies and programs, and organizing testimony on caregiver needs including training, respite services, and employment leave policies.

Department of Health and Social Services required to provide reasonable support staff and materials for task force operations.

Task force must submit final report with findings and recommendations to the President pro tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House by May 31, 2015.
