Establishes a State Task Force to Expand Educational Options for Very Young Children With Disabilities to examine services for children ages 3-5 with identified disabilities.

Task Force composition includes 17 members including legislators, state officials, disability advocates, family members, service providers, and representatives from education and health organizations.

Speaker of the House names the Task Force Chair, who is responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and submitting a final report to the Governor and legislative leaders.

Task Force shall obtain stakeholder input and recommend practical methods for parents to access educational services outside their local school districts, including solutions for transportation, accommodations, and funding mechanisms.

Final report due to Governor, President Pro Tempore of Senate, and Speaker of House by January 1, 2015.
