Recognizes the CAI/Easter Seals Volleyball Challenge held on March 8-10, 2013 as an event raising funds for Easter Seals Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Easter Seals has provided services and support to people with disabilities or special needs and their families for more than 60 years through therapies, employment services, assistive technology, day programs, and recreational activities.

The Volleyball Challenge has raised more than $3.1 million since 2001, with Democrats and Republicans raising over $30,000 in the past six years through legislative team competition.

Republicans lead the Legislative Cup series 5 games to 3 games in the eight-year competition between Democratic and Republican legislators.
