Reestablishes the Delaware Teen Driver Task Force to implement recommendations from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Technical Assessment of the Driver Education Program (June 2012).

Task Force membership includes representatives from the Office of Highway Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles, Department of Education, Delaware Driver Education Association, Delaware State Police, Department of Transportation, and Smart Drive Program, with the Office of Highway Safety serving as lead agency and chair.

Task Force must provide annual reports to the General Assembly by June 30th detailing assessment recommendations and progress on implementation efforts.

Addresses teen driver safety, noting motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for U.S. teens, who are involved in four times as many crashes per mile as other drivers.
