Declares March 16-22, 2014 as Sunshine Week in Delaware to promote awareness of open government and transparency.

Recognizes Sunshine Week as an annual national initiative created in 2005 by the American Society of News Editors and coordinated with the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.

Acknowledges that March 19, 2014 marks the fifth anniversary of House Bill No. 1 passing in the Delaware House of Representatives, which brought the legislature under the Freedom of Information Act.

Encourages all Delaware citizens to recognize and celebrate Sunshine Week and educate themselves on their Right to Know regarding access to legislative meetings and records.
