Requires all persons licensed in plumbing and HVACR services to display "Licensed Plumber" and/or "Licensed HVACR" along with their license number on vehicles used in performing their work.

Mandates that the required display letters and numbers be no less than 3 inches in size.

Grants the Board of Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Examiners authority to enforce this vehicle identification requirement.

Becomes effective one year from the date of enactment.

Aims to protect the public by enabling customers to easily distinguish between licensed and unlicensed practitioners.
