Establishes the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Act (also known as Grace Firestone's Law) to protect students participating in interscholastic athletics from sudden cardiac arrest.

Requires the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) to develop and post educational materials about sudden cardiac arrest symptoms (fainting, difficulty breathing, chest pains, dizziness, abnormal heart rate) on their website for students, parents, coaches, and officials.

Mandates that students and parents annually sign acknowledgment forms confirming receipt and review of sudden cardiac arrest information before participating in interscholastic athletics.

Requires schools to hold informational meetings before each athletic season about sudden cardiac arrest symptoms and mandates that all coaches and officials complete sudden cardiac arrest training.

Establishes removal-from-play protocols requiring immediate removal of students showing signs of sudden cardiac arrest and prohibiting return to play until cleared by a licensed physician, advanced practice nurse, or cardiologist; imposes escalating penalties on coaches for violations (suspension for remainder of season for first violation, through permanent suspension for third violation).
