Amends Delaware Code Title 13, Chapter 5, Section 513 regarding child support orders to modify how personal information of parties is handled in child support cases.

Removes requirement that social security numbers be included in child support orders themselves.

Requires Family Court to collect and maintain social security numbers, residential addresses, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, telephone numbers, employer information, and employer contact details in court records rather than in orders.

Applies to all child support actions filed under Chapters 4, 6, or 8 of Title 13.

Allows Family Court to limit access to collected personal information unless good cause is shown for disclosure.
