Adds constables commissioned pursuant to 10 Del. C §701, et seq. to the definition of "covered person" eligible for line of duty death benefits under Delaware Code Title 18, Chapter 66.

Expands eligibility to constables who are currently excluded from line of duty death benefits, while justice of the peace constables were already covered under existing law.

Aligns constables' benefits with other first responders including firefighters, police officers, paramedics, correctional officers, and various state employees who already receive line of duty death benefits.
