Expands disability employment discrimination protections to apply to employers with 4 or more employees, down from the current threshold of 15 or more employees

Aligns the definition of "employer" under disability discrimination law with the definition used for all other protected classes (race, sex, age, religion, national origin, etc.)

Amends Chapter 7, Title 19 of the Delaware Code by referencing the standard employer definition in §710 instead of maintaining a separate, higher threshold

Brings Delaware in line with neighboring states (Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey) that use uniform employer definitions across all protected classes

Takes effect 6 months after enactment
