Amends Delaware Code Title 9, Section 8106 to add "Friends of the Capitol Theater, Inc." to the list of organizations exempt from property taxation on real property owned and used for stated purposes.

Exemption applies to real property not held by way of investment and covers organizations including historical societies, veteran groups, charitable homes, civic associations, and community centers.

Friends of the Capitol Theater, Inc. joins over 80 existing named organizations already granted tax-exempt status under this statute.

Exemption applies to all counties and political subdivisions within Delaware.
