False statements regarding evacuation or serious inconvenience at daycare facilities, schools, or long-term care facilities for elderly persons constitute a class F felony instead of class G felony

Exposure hoax threats (claiming exposure to deadly substances) remain a class F felony with a minimum fine of $2,000 that cannot be suspended

First offense of terroristic threatening by persons 17 years old or younger remains a class A misdemeanor regardless of other penalty provisions
