Establishes sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) awareness and management rules for Delaware's Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) to be effective by the 2015-2016 school year.

Requires DIAA to develop and make publicly available an SCA information sheet that describes the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest.

Mandates student athletes and their parents or guardians sign and return an SCA information sheet before participating in practice or competition.

Requires student athletes to complete a heart history questionnaire as part of pre-participation physical examinations.

Mandates all school-appointed head coaches hold current CPR certification including training on automated external defibrillator use and receive SCA awareness training.
