Transfers ownership of the Milford Armory from the State of Delaware to the City of Milford for one dollar ($1.00).

The Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management, or other appropriate State agency is authorized to execute and deliver a deed transferring all property interests to the City of Milford.

The City of Milford must accept the property in "as is" condition at the time of conveyance.

Any subsequent sale, transfer to another party, or non-public use of the property requires further legislative approval.
