Expands types of insurance premiums subject to annual reporting to the Insurance Commissioner, adding multiple peril crop, farmowners multiple peril, Federal flood, earthquake, and commercial automobile physical damage coverage.

Authorizes the Insurance Commissioner to request additional information from insurance companies regarding covered risks and establishes revocation of certificate of authority as penalty for non-compliance.

Corrects references in Title 18 to group life insurance policies and health benefit plan renewability provisions to align statutory cross-references.

Requires both resident and non-resident bail agent applicants who declare Delaware as home state to provide federal criminal history reports from the Federal Bureau of Investigation in addition to state criminal history.

Adds new section establishing that adjusters and appraisers are regulated under the same producer licensing requirements in Chapter 17 and re-numbers existing sections accordingly.
