Adds inactive status option for licensed psychologists under § 3513(e), allowing them to place licenses on inactive status upon written request instead of allowing licenses to lapse

Enables inactive psychologists to reenter practice by written notification to the Board and completion of required continuing education as established in Board regulations

Adds inactive status option for licensed geologists under § 3611(d), with same provisions allowing written request for inactive status and reinstatement upon notification and continuing education completion

Authorizes both the Board of Examiners of Psychologists and Board of Geologists to establish regulations governing resumption of active status

Brings both professional licensing boards in line with other Delaware board statutes by providing inactive status options instead of license lapse
