Establishes an Election Law Task Force to comprehensively review, study, and make recommendations regarding Title 15 (Elections) of the Delaware Code

Task Force membership includes: 2 House members (one from each caucus), 2 Senate members (one from each caucus), the State Election Commissioner as Chair, a Governor's Office representative, and the Election Commissioner's legal counsel as ex-officio non-voting member

First meeting required within 60 days of enactment, with monthly meetings thereafter

Task Force must report findings to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House by March 30, 2014

State Election Commissioner's Office provides staff support for the Task Force
