Declares June 2013 as Delaware Dairy Month in recognition of the dairy industry's importance to the state.

Honors four Delaware farm creameries: Woodside Farm Creamery, Hopkins Farm Creamery, Vanderwende Farm Creamery, and the University of Delaware Creamery.

Recognizes dairy farmers across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties, listing approximately 40 individual dairy farmers by name.

Notes that Delaware milk production totaled 92 million pounds in 2012, up 2% from the previous year, and that milk was designated as Delaware's official state beverage in 1983.

Acknowledges a 5K Milk Run/Walk sponsored by Delaware Farm Bureau Foundation and New Castle County Farm Bureau on June 1, 2013 to benefit underprivileged children through the Ministry of Caring.
