Establishes the Unclaimed Property Task Force to study and make recommendations for improving fairness and compliance in Delaware's unclaimed property program.

Task Force composition includes 2 co-chairs (one from Senate Majority, one from House Majority), minority members from both chambers, representatives from Secretary of State, Department of Finance, Controller General's office, Governor's office, and 2 public members.

Legislative leadership shall request representatives from the Delaware State Bar Association, Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, Delaware Bankers Association, Delaware Business Roundtable, and Uniform Law Commission to serve on the Task Force.

Task Force co-chairs responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and notices, coordinating interviews with state employees, and submitting a final report with legislative and executive recommendations.

Final report must be submitted to the President pro tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House no later than November 1, 2014, with copies to the Governor, Division of Research of Legislative Council, and Delaware Public Archives.
