Designates April 10, 2014, as "AKA Day at the Capitol" in Delaware to recognize Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Acknowledges that Alpha Kappa Alpha was founded on January 15, 1908, at Howard University as the first Greek-lettered organization established by and for African American college-educated women.

Recognizes the sorority's 260,000 global members and their community service achievements, including over one million hours of service in 2011, particularly benefiting African American communities.

Highlights the contributions of Delaware chapters (Epsilon Iota Omega, Sigma Zeta Omega, and Zeta Omega) in youth leadership programs, fundraising, voter registration drives, healthcare initiatives, and anti-bullying advocacy.
