Proposes amending Article IV, Section 37 of the Delaware Constitution to add the Chief Magistrate of the Justice of the Peace Court as a member of the Court on the Judiciary.

The Court on the Judiciary would expand to include the presiding judge from each of Delaware's six state courts: the Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, the Chancellor, the President Judge of the Superior Court, the Chief Judge of the Family Court, the Chief Judge of the Court of Common Pleas, and the Chief Magistrate of the Justice of the Peace Court.

Makes Justice of the Peace Court judges subject to the jurisdiction of the Court on the Judiciary, bringing them into parity with judges from other state courts.

Requires two-thirds concurrence of both houses of the General Assembly to pass as a constitutional amendment.
