Allows professional service corporations to render "qualified related professional services," specifically defined as combinations of medical practice by doctors of medicine or osteopathy and podiatric practice by doctors of podiatric medicine.

Adds "doctors of osteopathy" and "doctors of podiatric medicine" to the list of professions permitted to form professional corporations, replacing references to "osteopaths."

Permits professional corporations to combine multiple related professional services if at least one shareholder is licensed for each component service being provided.

Requires that any officer, employee, agent, or shareholder immediately sever all employment and financial interests upon becoming legally disqualified to render professional services, being elected to public office with service restrictions, or accepting employment with service restrictions.

Clarifies that restrictions on share transfers and redemptions may be established through the certificate of incorporation, bylaws, or separate shareholder contracts, and specifies that no vested rights to practice particular profession combinations are created under the qualified related professional services provisions.
