Replaces requirement for charter schools to contract for separate audits with a mandatory postaudit conducted by the Auditor of Accounts pursuant to Title 29, Section 2906 of Delaware Code.

Charter schools must share postaudit results with the Department of Education by October 1.

Requires charter schools to display on their websites the annual report including financial statements, postaudit results, current and prior year standardized financial report forms, and IRS Form 990 if applicable.

First postaudit under this requirement applies to audit periods starting on or after July 1, 2015.

Bill takes effect only if House Bill No. 53 of the 148th General Assembly is enacted; otherwise becomes null and void.
