Establishes a unified sports pilot program for the 2015-2016 school year in track and field at all public high schools serving students with disabilities that operated a track program during 2013-2014.

Defines unified sports as athletic programs combining students with disabilities and students without disabilities to train and compete on the same team.

Requires Special Olympics Delaware to provide uniforms, equipment, and coach training, while participating schools provide coaches, staff, and transportation.

Mandates the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association and Special Olympics Delaware to evaluate the program and report findings and recommendations by December 1, 2016, including participation rates, attendance data, costs, and whether to expand or make permanent.

Becomes effective upon appropriation of funding, with the Controller General notifying the Registrar of Regulations when funds are made available.
