Allows county governments to adopt ordinances regulating possession of firearms, ammunition, components of firearms, and explosives in police stations and county buildings.

Requires restricted areas to be clearly marked with conspicuous signs at each entrance, and allows counties to specify that violators may be denied entry or ordered to leave.

Exempts from restrictions law enforcement officers, licensed concealed carry permit holders, federal officers, and employees of banks/carriers whose duties require protecting valuables.

Permits law enforcement agencies to conduct firearms training, safety programs, and public amnesty/donation programs in police stations and county buildings.

Defines "county building" as any building where a county government entity meets in official capacity or containing offices of elected officials and public employees, excluding parking facilities.
