Amends Delaware Code Title 7, Section 704(g) to modify handgun requirements for deer hunting.

Changes allowable handgun calibers from a specific list (.357 magnum, .41 caliber, .41 magnum, .44 caliber, .44 magnum, .45 caliber, .454 caliber, .480 caliber, .50 caliber) to a range of .357 magnum or minimum .41 caliber to maximum .50 caliber.

Maintains existing requirements that handguns be revolvers or single-shot pistols with barrel length between 5.75 inches and 12.5 inches and be carried openly.

Preserves hunting seasons: a separate 7-day season beginning the first Saturday in January through the second Saturday in January, and use in place of shotguns during the shotgun deer season.

Applies to deer hunting on privately owned lands south of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal and designated state-owned lands.
