Prohibits directed gray fox harvest seasons and makes it unlawful to harvest gray fox except as provided in the chapter.

Permits incidental take of gray fox during red fox harvest seasons south of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal through Department-regulated seasons.

Authorizes the Department to require tagging and reporting of gray foxes through regulation.

Allows private landowners with Department-approved wildlife management plans to obtain permits to manage gray foxes on their property without charge.

Permits killing of gray foxes attacking poultry and allows possession, purchase, and sale of legally taken gray fox hides from Delaware or other states.
