Requires elected officials and paid appointed officials of Delaware state, county, or political subdivisions who are also employed by state agencies, educational institutions, or other political subdivisions to disclose this dual employment to the Public Integrity Commission.

The disclosure must include sufficient information for the Public Integrity Commission to determine whether measures exist to prevent dual pay for coincident hours of work.

Authorizes the Public Integrity Commission to request an audit by the State Auditor for any person suspected of receiving dual pay for coincident hours of work.

Requires that any person found to have received dual pay for coincident hours of work in violation of law have this information reported to each employer for corrective action under applicable policies, regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances.
