Increases priority of association assessment liens over first or second security interests from 6 months to 10 years, capped at $2,500, for assessments levied after January 1, 2017.

Extends the expiration period for recorded assessment liens from 60 months to 96 months, allowing associations more time to enforce unpaid assessment claims.

Extends the statute of limitations for enforcing unpaid assessment liens from 3 years to 5 years after the full assessment amount becomes due.

Applies all changes exclusively to assessments levied after January 1, 2017, while maintaining current law for assessments levied prior to that date.
