Creates new § 727 in Delaware Code Title 7 allowing persons licensed to carry concealed deadly weapons to do so while engaged in hunting or trapping activities without violating Title 7 provisions.

Requires that the concealed weapon not be used for hunting purposes and must remain concealed at all times during hunting or trapping activities.

Clarifies that licensed concealed carry permit holders are exempt from Title 7 hunting weapon regulations that otherwise specify which types of weapons may be used or carried during game harvesting.
