Establishes a Lyme Disease Education Oversight Board within the Department of Health and Social Services with 9 members including disease advocates, physicians, nurses, other health professionals, and regulatory experts appointed by the Governor, Senate Pro Tempore, House Speaker, and the Director of Public Health.

Board shall develop continuing medical education and nursing education credits on Lyme disease in coordination with the Medical Society of Delaware and Delaware Nurses Association, covering clinical diagnosis methods and disease awareness.

Board must educate health care professionals that Lyme disease can be diagnosed clinically through history and physical examination, with serologic antibody testing as confirmation but not a requirement.

Board shall host continuing education trainings across all three Delaware counties at hospitals and use multiple delivery methods including professional associations, medical journals, radio, internet, and conferences.

Department shall submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly documenting course titles, schedules, health professional attendance, and financial accounting; the Act expires 8 years after enactment.
