Amends Delaware Code Title 29, Section 5120 to provide additional leave protections for mothers of multiple births who are full-time state employees.

Grants mothers who give birth to monoamniotic twins or multiples of 3 or more at least 6 weeks of unpaid leave following hospital discharge of the newborn(s).

Allows this unpaid leave to be taken even after exhaustion of benefits under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Addresses need for extended leave due to extensive prenatal hospitalization requirements for high-risk multiple pregnancies, which often depletes FMLA benefits before hospital discharge.
