Prohibits employers from requiring employees to refrain from inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing wages as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign waivers or documents that deny employees the right to disclose or discuss their wages.

Prohibits employers from discharging, formally disciplining, or otherwise discriminating against employees for inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing their own wages or the wages of another employee.

Clarifies that nothing in the law creates an obligation for employers or employees to disclose wages.
