Amends § 122 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code to correct references to the Department of Health and Social Services in dialysis center regulation provisions.

Changes references from "Division of Public Health" to "Department" in § 122(3)aa relating to dialysis center standards, fee collection, and licensing authority.

Maintains existing requirements for dialysis centers to have emergency power sources capable of operating machines for at least 4 hours during power outages, with monthly testing and documentation required.

Requires at least one compliant dialysis facility in each of the following locations: City of Wilmington, New Castle County, Kent County, and Sussex County.

Makes technical corrections to align terminology with House Bill No. 360 of the 147th General Assembly without substantive changes to dialysis center regulations.
