Renames the "Joint Sunset Committee" to the "Joint Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee" throughout Delaware Code Titles 4 and 29 to better reflect the committee's expanded oversight responsibilities beyond agency sunsets.

Updates all references to the committee in statutes governing committee composition, staff, responsibilities, agency reports, public hearings, final reports, and monitoring of recommendations.

Makes technical corrections to conform existing law to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual guidelines, including changing "and/or" to "or" and adjusting punctuation and phrasing throughout affected statutes.

Updates compensation references in §710 and staffing provisions in §303 to use the new committee name.

Effective date: January 1, 2017.
