Amends Title 24 of the Delaware Code to add new requirements for licensed hearing aid dispensers and audiologists regarding telecoil technology disclosure.

Requires hearing aid dispensers and audiologists to notify prospective purchasers at the initial examination about telecoil (t-coil/t-switch) technology and its benefits, including use with hearing loop technology.

Mandates provision of written information explaining telecoil uses, such as increased access to telephones, business communication, and noninvasive access to assistive listening systems in the community.

Effective 90 days after enactment.
