Standardizes procedures across the five advisory councils (Physician Assistants, Respiratory Care, Acupuncture, Genetic Counselors, and Polysomnography) regarding term limits, temporary licensure authority, meeting waivers, and suspension procedures; adds duty-to-report requirements for respiratory care practitioners.
