Requires local education agencies to provide 90 minutes of combined annual suicide prevention training to public school employees using evidence-based materials approved by the Departments of Health and Social Services, Services for Children Youth and their Families, and Education.

Mandates each local education agency adopt a suicide prevention policy addressing recognition of youth suicide, development of prevention programs, establishment of school-level coordinating committees, prohibition of retaliation against reporters, confidential anonymous reporting procedures, and communication protocols with medical professionals treating students for suicide issues.

Requires local education agencies to submit adopted policies to the Delaware Department of Education by September 1, 2016, with policy changes provided within 60 calendar days.

Mandates suicide prevention policies appear in student and staff handbooks and on each local education agency's website.

Provides individual immunity from damages for school employees, volunteers, and students who report suicide warning signs in good faith, except where reporting constitutes gross negligence or reckless, willful, or intentional conduct.
