Designates the week of February 8-14, 2015 as "Children of Alcoholics Week" in Delaware

Requests the Governor to issue a proclamation calling upon all State agencies and people of Delaware to observe this week with appropriate ceremonies, programs, and activities

Recognizes that approximately one in four children in the United States under age 18 are affected by family alcohol abuse or alcoholism

Notes that children of alcoholics are two to four times more likely to develop alcoholism than children of non-alcoholics and may face difficulties in school and increased risk of abuse or neglect

Aims to break the silence surrounding familial alcoholism and encourage support from family, friends, health professionals, teachers, and clergy
