Recognizes the CAI/Easter Seals Volleyball Challenge scheduled for March 20-22, 2015, and honors Easter Seals Delaware & Maryland's Eastern Shore for providing services to people with disabilities and special needs.

Acknowledges that Easter Seals has raised more than $3.9 million through the Volleyball Challenge since 2001 to fund therapies, employment programs, and other services for children and adults with disabilities.

Recognizes 10 years of Democratic and Republican legislative participation in the volleyball competition, with the Republican team leading 6-3 after nine years and both teams collectively raising more than $38,000 in the last decade.

Requires both Democratic and Republican teams to field more elected officials than non-elected persons on the court to maintain the integrity of the contest and ensure fair competition.
