Proclaims February 2015 as Wine Month in Delaware to recognize the state's wine industry, wineries, and vineyards as important contributors to agriculture, tourism, and the economy.

Recognizes Delaware's winemaking history beginning in 1991 when legislation authorized farm winery licenses and the founding of Nassau Valley Vineyards in 1993.

Acknowledges Delaware's four award-winning wineries: Nassau Valley Vineyards, Pizzadili Vineyard and Winery, Fenwick Wine Cellars, and Harvest Ridge Winery.

Highlights the Delaware Wine and Beer Festival created in 2010 and recognition of 17 breweries, wineries, and distilleries on the "Delaware Beer, Wine and Spirits Trail" and "Good Libations Tour."

Notes Delaware's inclusion in The Vintage Atlantic Wine Region spanning Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey with over 50 wineries across six wine trails.
