Proclaims the week of July 13-17, 2015 as Delaware Local Produce Week in Delaware.

Highlights over 80 on-site farmstands and 23 community-run farmers' markets operating in Delaware, along with more than 20 "u-pick farms" offering fresh produce directly to consumers.

Notes that 2014 farmers' market sales reached $2.6 million, double the total from five years prior.

Requests the General Assembly, Delaware Department of Agriculture, and the Office of Governor Jack Markell to collaborate in staging activities during Delaware Local Produce Week to promote local produce distribution and marketing.

Emphasizes benefits of local produce including improved nutrition, economic stimulation, relationship-building between farmers and citizens, and reduced environmental impact from transportation.
